When Nice, Green, and Beautiful Landscaping needed a fresh, new marketing tool, we designed one for them . . . literally!

 
Isn't this little rake the cutest thing you've ever seen?! We are covering tools with cookies for a sweet introduction to this fabulous landscaping company.

 
I love this as a marketing piece, for several reasons. One, the tools. Perfect for a constant reminder of what this company does best - lawn and landscaping services. Two, the cookies. This company is currently marketing to offices where they need to impact several decision makers. Individually wrapped cookies allows this to be shared among numerous people, without the added expense of doing a separate gift for each person. Three, the whimsy. It is just so fun, and so unique. When Daisy (the super fun general manager) walked into her office carrying one of these cookie-covered tools, she literally stopped traffic. And that's exactly what an effective marketing piece should do.

Personalize it!

A fabulous way to make a gift extra special is to personalize it. Once a gift is personalized, it can only be for one person. No more gift-closet pulling at the last minute (of course I have a gift closet - and a well stocked one at that, but that's another cup of coffee), no more just grab-something-on-your-way-to-the-party. A personalized gift is special because the recipient knows you put effort into it. You thought about it, you thought about it ahead of time, and you made it something special.

Personalized gifts are not just for personal gift giving, they also work great for corporate gifts as well. Finicky and Kookies . . . a great combination

John & Jesse at Finicky Window Cleaning are two of the most fantastic people I know. Their strong character is what makes their business stand out from others in their industry. And I love to support and promote them whenever I can. Plus, they give all of their customers a Finicky logo cookie from Kookie Krums whenever they have their windows cleaned. That right there says a whole lot about their character, don't you think?!

We did this cookie box for a giveaway at the recent Chamber meeting. Filled with a half dozen logo cookies, this is one where you are sitting in your chair whispering "pick me! pick me! please pick me!" Jesse took a photo of me holding the box doing my best Vanna White impression . . . or not so much.

A Different Kind of Project

We were excited to be asked by Creative Contractors to make some beautiful bows. I know what you're thinking, it's not cookies, but we are very multi-talented over here at Kookie Krums!! And we do make gorgeous bows!

Our new friends at Creative Contractors were doing a ground breaking ceremony, and wanted the bows to tie on the shovels. What ceremony goes on with ground breakings! Makes me want to get involved with one because it just sounds like a really fun event.

Below is a photo of the shovels - I love how the scoops are painted gold! The bows were beautiful, don't you think?!

 

Newest Hit . . . Yard Signs!

We are working with a great company, Showing Team Spirit, to offer these fabulous yard signs. I love them. Available in any team, name, or jersey number, these are a great way to support your high school athelete, or show your school or team spirit! If your school or athletic department is looking for a unique, fun, fundraising idea, consider this! What an awesome alternative to the traditional wrapping paper and catalog sales. I am loving them as a great indoor or outdoor accessory, placed in a potted plant, or by the front door. We currently have the Gators signs in stock. I know you all have your team though, so you'll have to let me know what I need to order!

Here's the technical details. Yard signs are made from 1/8-inch metal, and each sign has a high-quality 13-inch stake welded to the sign to ensure sturdiness.  Without the stake, the football yard sign measures 13x6. The metal stake adds 13 inches to the height.

I'm working with the owners to see if we can get a smaller version of these to add to our cookie bouquets. How fun would that be?! I'll keep you posted.  In the meantime . . . get your hot little hands on one of these. We're the first Florida retailers to carry them!

Moreno Spine Institute

 

We were thrilled to work with Moreno Spine Institute on a basket for a corporate event recently. The crazy connection here, is that Kelly, the founder and former owner of Kookie Krums, had her back surgery here last year. She constantly sings their praises! So imagine when Kelly was working and in walks someone from Moreno interested in working with us! It was destiny!! We got to put together this amazing basket for a give-away. Don't you wish you were invited to this event?!

If you take a close look, you can see that inside the white basket, is another gold basket shaped like a star. A cookie bouquet bloomed out of the star basket, while the white basket was filled with various gourmet foods, coffees, and other delightful treats. This basket had it all!  And what a great display! Want to draw everyone to your table at an event? Have something like this sitting there, and you won't go wrong!!

Great Marketing.

My wonderful client at Old Harbor Bank makes sure that her give-aways are the talk of the event! Using one of their mugs as our container, we put a bouquet of six cookies in the mug for a great gift that people hold on to long after the cookies are gone. Who can get enough coffee mugs?! Especially these, I love the unique shape of them. And as I heard from several people in the days following the two community events that these were given away at, these cookie mugs were the talk of the town! People were talking about where they came from (so now everyone knows her bank), and how great they were. Everyone was hoping to win them! And who can blame them?!

Medication Cookies

I know. Most of you are like me, and think cookies are medication. One in the same. I'm with you! Well, I have a medical rep for a client that is so creative with what she comes up with for her offices. I know they must love to see her coming every time. To introduce a new pill coming out, she had them put on cookies!! Ingenious, don't you think?! So I just had to show you . . the 100mcg cookies. If only all medication would taste like this!

Logo Cookies

   

If you haven't yet tried our logo / photo cookies . . . they are delicious!! And no, I'm not just saying that because I may be a little biased - it's true!! Talk to anyone who has tried these, and you'll see their eyes close and they'll say "Mmmm . . . those are soo good!"  In case you haven't yet gotten in on the new way to do cookies - we can put your company logo, picture, words, virtually anything, in the frosting on a sugar cookie.

As a marketing tool, these are a very inexpensive, yet extremely effective way to go. As a party favor, they're perfect - you'll have people talking about them long after the guests have gone home and the confetti has been swept up.  It's new, it's different, and now is the time to try it out for your event!

Clients have used these cookies for open houses, as a little thank you gift after a job, for party favor give-aways, for wedding receptions, for baby showers - you think of the event, and these cookies will make it fabulous!
