I think what happens to us this time of year is the same thing that happens in creation. A bit of inward regeneration...beneath the soil where no one can see until - in the Spring - it all burst forth before the world.

I love sitting and cuddling with my little boy and hear his chatter. But I tend to eat to much and drink too many warm comfort drinks like cocoa in the winter. I then feel guilty for laying around and not MOVING. Vicious cycle, isn't it?
